Join Breadbox as a junior vessel operator

Breadbox Shipping Lines operates a fleet of 15 ships sailing the African trade lanes, and we’re looking for someone to join our operations team. Our office? The penthouse floor of the iconic Blaak555 building in the heart of Rotterdam.

In this role, you’ll oversee cargo logistics and ensure our vessels operate efficiently. You work closely with the ship’s crew, ship owners, clients and agent to keep everything running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on job where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

If you’ve completed a relevant HBO or University degree and like working in a small, close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you. Bonus? This role comes with the chance to grow swiftly into a full fletched vessel operator position within 1-2 years.
